ABOUT US:

RGC Metal Rolling is committed to quality, safety, and efficiency in steel processing. We are currently seeking a reliable and organized Dispatcher to join our growing steel processing/manufacturing team.

This role is responsible for coordinating daily dispatch operations, preparing delivery paperwork, communicating with drivers and production staff, and ensuring customer orders are dispatched accurately and on time.

• Previous dispatch, warehouse or logistics experience

• Forklift License (LF) essential

• Previous steel industry experience highly regarded

• Good computer skills

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Reliable with a strong work ethic

• Safety focused and able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Coordinate daily dispatch schedules

• Prepare dispatch paperwork and delivery dockets

• Liaise with drivers, workshop and production teams

• Assist with loading/unloading when required

• Maintain accurate dispatch records

• Ensure orders are completed safely and accurately
