About the role

We are seeking a Document Controller to join our team at Hunter Project Solutions. This position will involve providing high-quality administrative support to site based personnel on either a full time roster with regular overtime opportunities .

What you'll be doing

  • Handling a variety of administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, document preparation and general office support

  • Maintaining electronic and paper filing systems

  • Supporting the broader team with ad-hoc projects and duties as required

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Adaptability and a willingness to learn
