About the role
We are seeking a Document Controller to join our team at Hunter Project Solutions. This position will involve providing high-quality administrative support to site based personnel on either a full time roster with regular overtime opportunities .
What you'll be doing
Handling a variety of administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, document preparation and general office support
Maintaining electronic and paper filing systems
Supporting the broader team with ad-hoc projects and duties as required
What we're looking for
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Adaptability and a willingness to learn
