About the Role

We are seeking dedicated Early Childhood Educators who want to make a real difference. In this role, you will:

• Lead and inspire educational practice across the service

• Mentor and collaborate with educators of varying experience levels

• Foster strong connections with families and the wider community

• Partner with service leaders and the leadership team to achieve excellence, continuous improvement, and alignment with regulatory standards

This is a role for someone who values teamwork, professional growth, and the chance to influence high-quality outcomes for children.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will bring:

• A recognised qualification in Early Childhood (ECT, Diploma, or Certificate III)

• A genuine passion for early years education

• Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards, and sector regulations

• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide and support colleagues

• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

• A collaborative approach to working with a diverse team

• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development

• Valid Australian work rights and legal authorisation to work in Australia

Don't have a qualification but want to join our amazing team, we offer Certificate III traineeships for the right candidates. Open to enthusiastic individuals ages 16-21 years. No prior qualification needed. On the job training provided by a very supportive team. Earn while you learn and gain a qualification!
