About the Role

As an educator, you will play an important role in creating a safe, caring and supportive environment where children feel protected, valued and confident to learn and grow.

We are looking for educators who genuinely prioritise child safety, wellbeing and respectful care in every interaction.

You will:

• Maintain a safe, secure and nurturing environment for all children

• Ensure children are actively supervised and supported throughout the day

• Follow all child safety, safeguarding and mandatory reporting requirements

• Build trusting and respectful relationships with children and families

• Support children's emotional wellbeing, development and inclusion

• Work collaboratively with centre teams to uphold high standards of care, safety and professionalism

• Follow all policies, procedures and compliance requirements relating to child safety and wellbeing

Essential Requirements

• Certificate III, Diploma, ECT or currently working towards a qualification

• Valid Blue Card (Working with Children Check)

• First Aid & CPR Certificate

• Strong understanding of child safety, active supervision and safe childcare practices

• Commitment to maintaining safe, respectful and inclusive environments for children

• Previous childcare or OSHC experience preferred
