Role Overview

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. In these role you will:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Ensure compliance with the National Quality Standards (NQS) and regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with families through effective communication Create a warm, welcoming, and secure environment for children. 
• Establish and maintain a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and learning.
• Work closely with colleagues and centre management to ensure a harmonious, collaborative work environment and contribute to the overall success of the centre.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

• A  recognised Bachelor degree or Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Current teacher’s registration.
• Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a childcare setting.
• Current Working with Children Check, First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong understanding of EYLF and NQS.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
