We’re seeking a permanent full-time Early Learning Centre Educator, for an ASAP start!

· Certificate III Educators – $30.81 per hour
· Diploma Qualified Educators – $32.52 per hour
· Lead Educators – $35.26 per hour
· You’ll also receive generous superannuation of 12.75%.

Lead Educator responsibilities also include:
Providing educational leadership and guidance to your team
Mentoring educators and supporting their growth

We are a long day care service, and we work together to provide consistent, high-quality experiences for children throughout the day.
About YouYou are an enthusiastic, caring and dedicated educator who enjoys creating meaningful learning experiences for young children.
What you’ll bring:
· A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
· Great communication and relationship-building skills
· A caring, positive attitude and genuine love for working with young children
· A collaborative approach and enthusiasm for learning and growing with your team
Highly Valued but not essential:
· Previous experience working in Early Childhood Education
· Knowledge of the Reggio Emilia philosophy and its application in early learning
· Commitment to the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
· Experience in educational leadership or mentoring (for Lead Educators)
