Are you a passionate, enthusiastic, and energetic Early Childhood Educator looking for a rewarding role where you can make a genuine difference every day?

We are seeking a Diploma-qualified Educator or a strong Certificate III Educator who has a true love for Early Childhood Education and a commitment to supporting children to reach their full potential.

Our specialised 40-place centre works collaboratively with Allied Health Professionals to provide high-quality, individualised support for children with additional needs. We pride ourselves on creating an inclusive, nurturing, and empowering environment where every child is valued and celebrated.

With educator-to-child ratios of approximately 1:3 to 1:4, our team is well supported and able to provide meaningful, hands-on interactions and tailored learning experiences throughout the day. You’ll be joining a close-knit team that is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of children and their families.

What we’re looking for:

• Diploma, or a strong Certificate III qualification in Early Childhood

• Current Blue Card, First Aid & CPR

• A positive, energetic, and caring attitude

• A genuine passion for supporting children with diverse needs

• A willingness to learn and work collaboratively with educators, therapists, and families
