We’re looking for a Lead Educator with inclusion support in their bones, someone who co-regulates using research-backed practice, and who knows that teaching emotions is just as much our job as cultivating curiosity.

• A track record of success, leadership that left a room (and a team) better than they found it
• A dynamic, differentiated program: hands-on, sleeves-rolled-up, and never afraid of the outdoors
• Confidence weaving emotional literacy into every part of the day
• A team-first mindset: lifting others, sharing the load, owning the wins together
