About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

• Support children's learning, development, and wellbeing.

• Implement educational programs in line with the EYLF and National Quality Framework.

• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment.

• Observe, document, and contribute to children's learning and development.

• For Lead Educators: Lead the room, mentor team members, and oversee curriculum planning and documentation.

Essential Requirements

• Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (depending on the role).

• Current Working with Children Check.

• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Certificates (or willingness to obtain).

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Passion for working with children and supporting their development.

Preferred

• Knowledge of and experience with the Montessori approach is highly desirable.

• A genuine interest in child-led learning and creating prepared learning environments.
