About the role

TAB Resources Pty Ltd is seeking experienced Electricians / Instrument Technicians to support maintenance services at the Port Kembla Energy Terminal (Reganosa project).

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance across site equipment and systems, supporting critical energy infrastructure.

This includes:

  • Preventive and predictive maintenance activities

  • Fault finding and troubleshooting (planned and breakdown)

  • Inspection, servicing and rectification of equipment

  • Supporting shutdown and annual inspection works

The role offers ongoing part-time work 2 days per week, on Tuesday & Wednesday 8-10hr day shifts, with additional hours available during shutdown periods.

What We're Looking For

Applicants must be Australian citizens or permanent residents.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Trade qualification as an Electrician or Instrument Technician

  • Experience in industrial, maintenance or heavy industry environments

  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

  • Solid understanding of maintenance systems and processes

  • Strong commitment to safety and compliance

  • Ability to work both independently and within a team

Successful applicants will be required to undertake a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test


Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with the following will be highly regarded:

  • Current NSW Electrical Licence

  • MSIC Card (or willingness to obtain)

  • White Card

  • EWP / High Risk Work Licence

  • Working at Heights & Confined Space tickets

  • Gas fitting experience (advantageous)
