We are currently undertaking a number of large-scale data migrations to Cloud SaaS applications and analytics platforms for international clients.

The Role

We're seeking an experienced ETL Developer / Data Migration Specialist ERP & CRM (6+ years) to join our professional delivery team. You'll work with partners and clients to design, develop, and deliver data management and migration solutions that help major enterprises transition to modern Cloud SaaS applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement ETL workflows and SQL-based data transformations using Datalynx's DMS solutions platform for migrating data to SaaS applications.

• Analyse, profile, consolidate and cleanse complex datasets from diverse source systems.

• Work with business analysts to translate business rules into technical specifications.

• Interpret data models and assist in developing migration and analytics solutions.

• Identify data quality issues and help define remediation strategies.

• Participate in project meetings and contribute to collaborative team delivery.

• Undertake continuous professional development through Datalynx training and online learning.

What You'll Bring

Essential:

• Minimum 6 years' experience in ETL development for complex data migrations.

• Demonstrated experience with data migrations involving one or more of Oracle eBusiness Suite, Oracle Fusion, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and SAP S4/HANA is essential.

• Strong SQL skills and experience across multiple enterprise database platforms such as Oracle, SQL Server, DB2 and Postgres is required to support diverse client environments.

• Proven hands-on experience and proficiency in commercial ETL tools.

• Understanding of data modelling and relational database concepts.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Team-focused mindset and professional approach.

Desirable:

• Experience with migrating data to Cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or Oracle Cloud).

• Understanding of financial data structures (e.g. GL, Chart of Accounts).

• Experience working within Government or regulated environments.

Prerequisites

• Australian citizenship or unrestricted residency and work rights.

• Bachelor's degree in Computing, Information Systems, or related discipline.

• Must successfully complete an Australian Police Check and Working with Children Check.

• Flexibility to attend occasional meetings outside standard hours with international partners.
