ACEM is seeking a highly organised Examination Operations and Governance Officer to support the coordination and delivery of examination programs and governance activities within the Education and Training Department. This role plays a key part in ensuring the effective planning, implementation and monitoring of examination-related programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the planning, scheduling and delivery of examination programs at ACEM, including written, practical and clinical assessments
- Support the implementation of examination-related program activities by monitoring timelines, deliverables and operational requirements
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders at ACEM, including trainees, examiners, committee members, suppliers and administrative teams
- Prepare and maintain program documentation for ACEM, including schedules, reports, meeting agendas, minutes and action registers
- Provide coordination support to ACEM governance committees and working groups, including administration of meetings and follow-up of action items
- Maintain accurate records, databases and tracking systems to support ACEM examination operations and reporting requirements
- Assist in monitoring and evaluating ACEM program activities and outcomes
- Support compliance with ACEM organisational policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to continuous improvement of ACEM systems, processes and workflows
- Support the coordination and delivery of ACEM’s examination programs and related governance activities
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field
- A minimum of 12 months’ relevant experience in program or project coordination
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience liaising with internal and external stakeholders in a structured environment
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation and records
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems
