Part-Time Excavator Operator – Tweed Heads

We are seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team on a part-time basis working in a farm and rural environment around the Tweed Heads area.

This role would suit a semi-retired operator or FIFO worker looking for flexible local work between swings.

About the Role

• Operating excavators for farm earthworks and property maintenance

• Drainage, trenching, road and track repairs, dam work, and land preparation

• Working independently and alongside a small team on rural projects

• Flexible part-time hours with ongoing work available for the right person

Requirements

• Proven excavator operating experience

• Minimum 3-5 years of excavator operating experience required

• Previous road construction experience is essential

• Minimum 3-5 years of road construction experience required

• White Card required

• Relevant machinery tickets/licences required

• Valid Excavator Licence required

• Strong understanding of site safety and machinery operation

• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work unsupervised

• Own transport required
