Remedial Builder (Multi-Trade) Full-time | Permanent
A growing specialist remedial construction company is seeking an experienced, hands-on Remedial Builder to join their team, delivering high-quality defect rectification across residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
This role focuses on complex building issues including water ingress, façade, and balcony defects, with an emphasis on long-term solutions rather than temporary fixes.
Your new role

• Diagnose and rectify water ingress issues
• Investigate and repair façade and building envelope defects
• Install and repair cavity flashings
• Carry out multi-trade remedial works (painting, tiling, rendering, carpentry)
• Work with Project Managers to deliver practical solutions
• Complete reporting and use company systems to track progress

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong background in construction or remedial works
• Solid understanding of waterproofing, façades, and building structures
• Ability to diagnose root causes, not just patch defects
• Multi-trade skillset preferred
• White Card and current Driver's Licence
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
