We are seeking an experienced and confident Facility Manager to step into a key leadership role within a large, well-established not-for-profit aged care provider.

🎯 Essential Requirements:

✔️ Must be an AHPRA Registered Nurse
✔️ Proven experience as 1st in charge of a Nursing Home (Facility Manager/Director of Nursing level)
✔️ Strong leadership experience within Residential Aged Care
✔️ Ability to manage clinical, operational, and compliance responsibilities with confidence
