Fetch Recruitment are currently seeking experienced Factory All-Rounders for ongoing full-time roles with well-established, nationally recognised signage manufacturing companies based in Moorabbin and Sunshine. This is a great opportunity to join tight-knit production teams working on high-quality signage and branding projects for some of Australia's leading brands.

About the roles:

You'll be working on the factory floor helping manufacture and fabricate commercial signage — think large-format signs, illuminated displays, aluminium structures, and branded fitouts. We have a few different roles available so we're open to candidates with varying strengths, as long as you're hands-on and can work across multiple tasks.

Key responsibilities:

• Metal fabrication and general factory production work
• MIG/TIG welding of aluminium and steel signage components
• Reading and working from technical drawings and specs
• Operating factory machinery and hand tools safely
• Assisting with preparation, finishing, and quality checking of signage products
• General factory duties as required
• LED installation and wiring for illuminated signage
• Cutting and shaping acrylic and other signage materials

What you'll need:

• Proven welding experience (MIG/TIG – aluminium experience a bonus)
• Background in fabrication, manufacturing, or a related trade
• Ability to read basic technical drawings
• A reliable, hands-on attitude, happy to jump between tasks
• Forklift licence advantageous but not essential
• Experience with LEDs or acrylic cutting an advantage
