About the Equipment Services Team (EQS)
The EQS Field Service team is a dynamic environment that is responsible for the installation and servicing of CCEP’s equipment for our valued customers. This includes but is not limited to, Installation, Servicing, QA, Preventative Maintenance of CCEP wide range of equipment.
The role of the EQS Field Service technician is to support the CCEP Sales teams in driving revenue and growth in the CCEP business by way of maximizing equipment uptime of CCEP’s equipment. Equipment Services is a function that engages in a diverse range of both internal and external stakeholders with a huge responsibility around Safety, Efficiency, Speed and Quality.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Trade Qualified Refrigeration or Electrical Technician to join our dynamic Field Service team. Based on the Gold Coast with the ability to travel within Queensland if required. Coverage area includes: Gold Coast region, Northern NSW down to Coffs Harbour and supporting Brisbane area.
You will be responsible for the installation of CCEP’s wide equipment range of beverage dispensing equipment. You will need to be highly organized, have strong customer service skills and high-quality standards. This appointment will see you working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders and a willingness to work as part of a team and the ability to work autonomously is essential.
Reporting to the Equipment Services State Installations Manager you will actively contribute to helping to sell CCEP’s products by completing installation work in an efficient manner whilst maintaining the high-quality standards in line with our customer and sales expectations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, solving problems on the go and delivering exceptional service across a diverse geographic area. Every day brings variety, travel and the satisfaction of supporting some of the world’s most iconic brands.
Key Responsibilities

Complete installations as per our Fountain Installation Standards.
Keeping yourself, your colleagues, our customers and our consumers safe at all times
Providing the best possible customer service
Equipment is installed within Customer and Sales expectations
Proactive communication to internal & external customers
Providing service at the lowest sustainable cost
Adhering to standard processes and correct use of IT tools
Contributing to team success
Actively participate in maintaining and developing technical skills
Actively participate in Toolbox Talks and safety audits
Manage inventory, stocktakes and cycle counts
Follow standard work procedures and accurately record time using IT systems
Participate in continuous improvement projects and technical training
About You
We’re looking for someone who brings:
Refrigeration or Electrical trade qualification with current electrical licence
Current and valid CPR certificate
Construction Industry White Card
Experience in the beverage industry or beer reticulation
Strong relationship management and collaboration skills
Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and work under pressure
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Proficiency in IT systems
Strong knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety
