WYNCO recruitment are currently seeking experienced Final Trim Excavator Operators for multiple ongoing subdivision and civil construction projects across Brisbane’s southern corridor.
We are looking for reliable operators with strong final trim ability who can confidently work to level and grade within active civil crews. GPS experience is highly regarded.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operating excavators across subdivision and civil construction projects
• Final trim and detailed excavation work to level and grade
• Bulk earthworks and general site operations
• Working from GPS systems and site plans where required
• Supporting supervisors and crews across daily site activities
• Maintaining safe and efficient operation of machinery

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience operating excavators on civil construction projects
• Strong final trim experience and ability to work accurately to grade
• GPS experience highly regarded (Trimble / Topcon / Leica)
• Subdivision experience highly regarded
• Reliable, safety-focused and able to work within established crews
• Excavator ticket, White Card and reliable transport essential
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience around live services and detailed civil works highly regarded
