We partner with organisations across healthcare, aged care, education, construction, and corporate sectors to meet their fire safety obligations and keep their people safe.
We're growing — and we're looking for two passionate trainers to grow with us.
THE OPPORTUNITY
These are not desk jobs. You'll be out in the field, delivering high-impact training, conducting fire safety audits, and making a real difference to how organisations prepare for emergencies. You'll be supported with full training, equipment, and a team that genuinely invests in your development.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Deliver site-specific fire safety and emergency preparedness training
• Conduct building fire safety audits and produce written reports
• Help clients identify compliance gaps under relevant fire safety legislation
• Mark up building plans to support evacuation diagram design
• Support clients across a wide range of industries and sectors
• Represent AFP professionally at client sites across Greater Brisbane and beyond

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
• TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent TAE qualification)
• Current Queensland driver's licence
• Working with Children Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
• Professional presentation and a client-focused approach
HIGHLY REGARDED
• Experience in fire safety training, emergency management, or a related field
• QLD Fire Safety Adviser qualification (or willingness to complete — training provided)
• Familiarity with fire safety legislation and building codes
• Experience delivering training across varied industries and environments

THE POSITIONS
Position 1 — Full-Time: 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Position 2 — Permanent Part-Time: 30 hours per week, 4 days per week
Based in West Burleigh. Primary work areas is the Gold Coast, Brisbane with occasional interstate travel.
