We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fitness Centre Manager to assist with the

management and running of  Sweet Carlton Ventures Pty Ltd Trading As F45 Training South Perth ABN 81 142 974 179 by organising, controlling

and promoting the F45 Training South Perth Centre.

Tasks:

- Plan, set up and organise the Fitness Programs for clients

- Schedule challenges and activities for centre members

- Assist with selecting, training and supervising staff

- Ensure equipment is maintained and cleaned as per centre standards and to

conform to industry safety standards

- Run/ coach F45 Training South Perth workouts

- Collaborate with Management on overall studio operations, including

marketing, lead calls, social media and in-studio events

- Monitor membership engagement, retention and client satisfaction

- Maintain accurate client records including goals, progress and attendance

Certificates:

AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2)

Cert 3 in fitness

First aid

Hold a National (or Federal) Police Certificate (no more than 6 months old)
