SA CONCRETE TRUCKS is a growing transport & logistics company specialising in concrete transportation & fleet operations. We are currently seeking an experienced & motivated Fleet Manager to join our team on a full-time basis.

Task & responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day fleet operations & transport schedules
- Monitoring vehicle maintenance, servicing & compliance requirements
- Coordinating drivers, deliveries & fleet utilisation
- Ensuring compliance with workplace health & safety regulations
- Monitoring fuel usage, operational costs & fleet performance
- Maintaining accurate fleet records, registrations & documentation
- Liaising with suppliers, mechanics & transport contractors
- Assisting management with operational planning & logistics coordination
- Investigating & resolving transport or vehicle-related issues
- Implementing strategies to improve fleet efficiency & reduce downtime
Qualification & experience
- Relevant qualification in logistics, transport management, or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in fleet or transport management
- Strong organisational & communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced transport environment
- Knowledge of heavy vehicle compliance & safety regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & transport management system
