We are looking for an experienced and motivated Floor Manager to join our team at our new restaurant located in Eastland Shopping Centre, Ringwood.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience as a Floor Manager, Supervisor, or similar hospitality leadership role

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to manage a busy service while supporting and motivating the team

• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills

• Reliable, organised, and professional presentation

• Flexible availability (weekends required)

Key responsibilities:

• Overseeing daily floor operations

• Managing staff during service

• Delivering exceptional customer experiences

• Assisting with rostering and team coordination

• Maintaining high service and cleanliness standards
