About Company
Dib Group Pty Ltd is a long-established and diversified Australian business group with more than 40 years of experience operating across the petroleum, convenience retail, café, food service, and hospitality sectors. Over the years, the company has developed a strong commercial presence throughout Australia by building and managing a broad portfolio of recognised brands and service-based operations that cater to a wide customer base across metropolitan and regional locations.
The group has established itself as a significant operator within the fuel and convenience retail industry through the expansion and management of Metro Petroleum service stations and convenience outlets, while also continuing to grow its presence within the café, food production, quick-service, and hospitality industries through brands including Petit Café and Mr Whippy. Through these operations, the company manages a diverse range of food and beverage activities involving food preparation, café services, retail food sales, cold and hot food handling, beverage production, and customer-focused hospitality services.
Dib Group’s continued growth has been driven by its commitment to operational excellence, product quality, customer satisfaction, and compliance with Australian industry standards. As the organisation continues to expand its food and beverage operations nationally, there is an increasing emphasis on strengthening internal quality systems, improving food safety processes, and ensuring consistent compliance across all operational sites.
To support these ongoing business operations and expansion activities, Dib Group is seeking to appoint an experienced and motivated Food Technologist (Quality Assurance) to join its team on a full-time basis. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the successful candidate will play an integral role in supporting the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the company’s food safety and quality assurance systems across its various food-related operations.
