The Opportunity - Build Something New With Us:

We're growing and with exciting new business coming on board, we're building a brand-new team of motivated Forklift Operators to help drive our next chapter.

As a Forklift Operator, you'll play a key role in keeping freight moving safely and efficiently through the warehouse and yard operations.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Loading and unloading containers and trucks
Operating forklifts including counterbalance and high reach equipment
Pick packing and palletised freight handling
RF scanning and inventory movements
Stock movement and redistribution throughout the warehouse
Supporting safe load restraint practices
Working across warehousing and operational tasks as required
Contributing to a positive, team-first culture

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a hands-on environment, and is keen to learn across all areas of the operation.

You will ideally have:

A current forklift licence
Forklift operating experience
Counterbalance and/or high reach experience (high reach up to 5m advantageous)
Experience loading and unloading containers or trucks
RF scanning or warehouse system experience
Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions
A strong commitment to workplace safety
Manual handling experience
A positive attitude and willingness to learn

No counterbalance experience? No problem as training will be provided for the right attitude and work ethic.
