The Role

As a Sanctuary Host, you guide our guests' transition from the noise of the city into our intentional calm. You will seamlessly coordinate guest journeys across our thermal pools, gym, and Pilates studios with quiet mastery.

Key Responsibilities

• The Welcome: Provide a seamless, personalised check-in and orientation.

• Sanctuary Care: Maintain the flawless visual and sensory standards of our space.

• Relationship Building: Nurture deep, lasting relationships with our community, recognising individual preferences to anticipate needs before they are articulated.

• Beverage Rituals: Depending on shifts, craft and host our specialised tea and tonic beverage service, presenting it as an extension of the thermal ritual.

• Journey Flow: Manage bookings and daily scheduling with absolute precision.
