About the Role

Are you a hospitality professional with a passion for exceptional service, premium beverages, and creating memorable guest experiences? Ms Batterhams is seeking an experienced, polished, and calm-under-pressure Front of House Leader to run our floor and bar operations.

This is a dynamic, hands-on role where you will be the face of our front-of-house operations from Friday through Monday. You will lead a dedicated team, elevate our beverage service, and seamlessly deliver both intimate weekend service and premium private/corporate events.

Work Full-Time or Part-Time, 32 hours across Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday – with an option to extend to full-time hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead & Inspire: Supervise, mentor, and train staff in our standard sequence of service and bar operations, ensuring consistency and excellence.

• The Perfect Host: Warmly welcome and host guests, setting the tone for a sophisticated yet welcoming dining and lounge experience.

• Beverage Excellence: Bring your strong wine knowledge to the floor while confidently crafting premium cocktails behind the bar.

• Floor Management: Maintain a flawless, highly organised front-of-house environment where attention to detail is second to none.

• Event Delivery: Working with our experienced event co-ordinator assist in hosting an occasional function, ensuring seamless execution from arrival to departure.
