What You'll Do

• Create rich, inclusive, and engaging learning programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

• Build genuine relationships with children, families, and your colleagues

• Ensure a safe, supportive, and inspiring learning environment

• Document children’s learning and development meaningfully

• Collaborate with your team through reflective practice, intentional teaching, and innovation

• Maintain compliance with the National Quality Framework and uphold our strong child-safe culture

Essential Requirements:

• ACECQA-recognised Diploma in Early Childhood Education

• Valid Working with Children Check

• Child Protection training
