At Poppi’s Too Preschool and Long Day Care, we are seeking an ambitious, driven and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team in a full-time Educator role. We are looking for an educator who truly wants to make a difference in the lives of young children and their families.

About Us

Poppi’s Too Preschool and Long Day Care is a family-owned and family-run, 43-place service located in the heart of the Sutherland Shire, Miranda.

The Role

• Full-time position: 4 x 10-hour days per week (40 hours).

• Located in our 2-3 Room, working closely with an experienced team.

• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children, families and the team.

• Support a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement.

• Comply with National Quality Standards and Poppi’s policies and procedures.

• Drive a positive and respected working environment.

• Support a fun, collaborative and nurturing team culture.

• Assist in delivering the educational program while fostering a sense of belonging for children and their families.

• Keep families connected and engaged in their child’s learning journey.

Requirements

• A recognised Early Childhood Education qualification.

• Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.

• Current Working with Children Check.

• Previous experience in early childhood education (essential).

• Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and inclusive practices.

• Understanding of relevant legislative policies, standards and requirements.
