We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Full-Time Optometrist to join our professional team across our Hornsby branch.

Your Role
As an Optometrist, you will:

  • Provide Optometry services in Hornsby, Westfield Centre.

  • Conduct comprehensive eye examinations to assess visual health and diagnose conditions.

  • Provide tailored vision solutions and prescribe corrective lenses or treatments.

  • Offer expert advice on eye health and preventative care.

  • Work collaboratively with our dispensers and support staff to ensure an outstanding patient experience.

  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in optometry to provide top-tier service.

  • Maintain accurate patient records and uphold industry standards.

What We’re Looking For
We are seeking individuals who demonstrate:

  • Professional Qualifications: A degree in Optometry and registration with AHPRA (mandatory).

  • Clinical Experience: Experience in Optometry (new graduates are welcome to apply!). 

  • Flexibility: Willingness to work across Hornsby location, as well as weekend shifts as required. 

  • Patient-Focused Approach: Commitment to providing exceptional and personalised eye care.

  • Communication Skills: Ability to explain complex eye health concepts in a simple, reassuring manner.

  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring precision in eye examinations, prescriptions, and patient care.

  • Teamwork & Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with colleagues across different roles.

  • Professional Appearance: Representing the brand with a polished and professional demeanor.

  • The ability to communicate in Mandarin and Cantonese is welcome, however not essential.
