Through counselling, financial assistance and practical support, Redkite helps families navigate the emotional, mental and financial challenges that come with a childhood cancer diagnosis and treatment.
Redkite plays a critical role in ensuring families are supported beyond medical care, improving quality of life and outcomes during and after treatment. Fundraising plays a critical role in enabling this support.
Reporting to the General Manager, Fundraising and Philanthropy, the Fundraising CRM Specialist is a pivotal role at the centre of a major CRM and data transformation. As Redkite transitions to Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud, this role will help ensure the platform evolves as a true fundraising enabler, supporting segmentation, donor journeys, campaign effectiveness and data-driven decision making.
Acting as the bridge between fundraising and technology teams, you will bring a strong fundraising lens to CRM design, data structures and system capability. This hands-on role will lead the development of business rules, reporting frameworks and campaign structures, while improving data integrity and governance. You will also support project delivery, stakeholder alignment and user adoption, ensuring the fundraising team is confident, capable and empowered to use data insights to drive performance.
