We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead our GATTON store. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business. If you love retail, leadership, and of course, animals — this role is for you. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead day-to-day store operations, ensuring high standards in customer service, visual merchandising, and store presentation 

• Drive store performance to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs 

• Manage, mentor, and develop a team to deliver consistently high results 

• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and oversee ordering to ensure optimal availability 

• Manage rostering, wages, and operational budgets in line with company guidelines 

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements 

• Build strong customer relationships and represent the Pets Domain brand within the local community 

What We’re Looking For: 

• Proven experience in retail store management (minimum 2 years preferred) 

• Strong leadership and team development skills 

• Commercial acumen, including understanding of budgets, stock control, and wage management 

• Excellent customer service and communication skills 

• Results-driven with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset 

• Forklift licence desirable (or willingness to obtain)
