Shift Timings: 7am Start

EWS Recruitment is seeking experienced Civil Labourers for a range of major civil projects across Melbourne’s North, West, East and South. Opportunities available for workers ready for an ASAP start across a variety of projects including Subdivisions, Roads & Pavements, Substation environments, and occasional landscaping work.

What You’ll Be Doing - Dependent on role

• Drainage and pipe laying works

• Bulk earthworks

• Trench work

• Site Clean

• Stacking Timbers

• Formwork

• Working around conduits and services

• Assisting plant operators and trades

• General civil site labouring tasks

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 years’ recent civil construction experience

• Can commit to 10hr days when required

• Previous Tier 1 or 2 exposure on busy sites is highly regarded

• Substation, Sub-Division, Roads Experience is highly advantageous

• Drainage, pipe laying, bulk earthworks & trenching skills are desirable

• Safety-focused mindset & commitment to site rules

• White Card (Essential)

• Relevant tickets for plant/conduit work (highly regarded)

• Good attitude, reliability, fit & healthy, and a can-do approach

• Experience working to tight timeframes

• MUST have own car to get to sites
