Roles & Responsibilities:
•Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Monitor daily operations to maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety.
• Address and resolve operational issues promptly, maintaining high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
• Awareness of and compliance with all Licensing conditions, including signage for liquor and business is compliant
• Develop and manage the restaurant’s budget, including controlling food and labour costs, optimising expenses, and achieving financial targets.
• Analyse financial performance reports and make strategic adjustments to achieve financial goals and maximise profitability.
