The Opportunity

This role sits within Import Operations and provides end-to-end exposure to international freight forwarding and global supply chain processes.

You will gain hands-on experience in the importation of goods into Australia, including customs compliance, international documentation, and coordination with overseas offices to ensure timely shipment delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Booking and managing import shipments

• Monitoring shipment progress and key milestones

• Coordinating with international offices and global partners

• Preparing and managing documentation and compliance requirements

• Managing shipments through to invoicing and completion

This is a hands-on role within a close-knit, supportive team, ideal for a detail-focused graduate who is eager to learn and build a long-term career in logistics.

About You

You will be successful in this role if you:

• Have a genuine interest in logistics and freight forwarding

• Hold a Commerce or Business degree (or equivalent)

• Have strong communication and organisational skills

• Are detail-focused, reliable, and proactive

• Enjoy working in a structured, team-based environment

• Are ready to step into full-time employment
