• Up to date resume, including contact details of your most recent placement supervisor and current work manager or principal. 

• A copy of your most recent professional experience placement report. 

• A copy of working rights (Birth Certificate, Passport or Visa and change of name certificate if applicable). 

• A signed copy of the Suitability Declaration and Employment Collection Notice. 

• An email outlining your location preferences. 

Employment will be in accordance with Catholic Employers Single Enterprise Collective Agreement – Diocesan Schools of Queensland 2023-2026.
