About the Role

As our Group Beverage Manager, you’ll take ownership of beverage strategy and operations across the entire group. You’ll develop concepts that excite, lead our beverage teams with confidence, and ensure consistency, profitability, and quality at every touchpoint.

You’ll work closely with the GM Operations and senior leadership to shape group‑wide standards, drive operational performance, and bring to life beverage offerings that enhance the overall dining experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

Strategic Leadership

• Create and implement innovative beverage strategies aligned with brand vision and business goals.

• Drive seasonal concepts, sustainability initiatives, and trend‑forward beverage development.

• Partner with senior leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and performance reviews.

• Guest Experience & Brand Excellence

• Deliver consistently exceptional guest experiences across all venues.

• Review guest feedback and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Ensure all beverage programs reflect and elevate the brand identity.

Operational Oversight

• Standardise beverage processes, SOPs, and service protocols across the group.

• Oversee procurement, supplier negotiations, and inventory efficiency.

• Conduct compliance reviews to ensure adherence to health, safety, and licensing requirements.

• Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, mentor, and inspire Beverage Managers and bar teams across properties.

• Develop and deliver training programs on mixology, product knowledge, and service excellence.

• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous growth.

Financial Management

• Drive profitability through cost control, margin optimisation, and strategic pricing.

• Analyse sales performance and market trends to maximise revenue opportunities.

• Present insights, data, and performance outcomes to senior stakeholders.
