The Yard Gym is a boutique strength and conditioning space that caters to all fitness levels and age groups.

With over 40 + AM & PM group training sessions on offer. The Yard’s sessions focus on strength, power, strength endurance, conditioning & cardio.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Must have Cert 3 in Group Fitness / Cert 4 desirable 

• Minimum of 12 months experience practical experience is preferred

• Represent The Yard brand with passion & authenticity, ensuring that every interaction reflects our core values.

• Engage & convert prospective and existing members into lifelong fitness enthusiasts.

• Support members in achieving their fitness goals with expert guidance & personalised attention.

• Contribute to creating an inclusive, positive, & fun environment within our team.

• Participate in team-building activities & community events that promote our culture and foster team cohesion.
