At Quest Springfield Central, we have a rare opportunity for a Guest Services Agent to join our team on a casual basis. Located opposite the Mater Hospital in Greater Springfield, Quest offers a mix of serviced apartments with a superior standard in guest experience and customer service.

The Role

Involves all aspects of front office/reception operations, including converting accommodation enquiries and promoting the business to achieve accommodation sales targets, processing reservations and ensuring full and accurate data capture, assisting corporate and leisure guests, and ensuring the smooth running of the reception desk.

The Ideal Candidate

Will demonstrate a passion for customer service ensuring a positive experience for all guests, excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills, a keen eye for detail, and high standards of personal presentation.

Previous hotel experience and those studying in the field of hospitality will be highly regarded.

The successful applicant must have roster flexibility and be available to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, and have entitlements to work in Australia.
