The role involves cutting, colouring, shampooing, styling, and grooming services tailored to client preferences. Task & responsibilities

• Perform professional men’s haircutting services including fades, taper cuts, classic and modern styles
• Provide beard trimming, shaving, line-ups, and grooming services
• Conduct hair colouring services including grey coverage and fashion colouring
• Shampoo and condition hair prior to cutting and styling
• Style hair using appropriate tools and finishing products
• Consult with clients to understand preferences and provide professional advice
• Maintain cleanliness, sterilisation of tools, and hygiene standards
• Manage appointments and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Comply with workplace health and safety regulations

Qualification & experience

• Minimum Certificate III or equivalent vocational qualification in Hairdressing or Barbering
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience as a Barber or Hairdresser
• Demonstrated skills in cutting, colouring, shampooing, and styling
• Strong clipper and scissor techniques
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work full-time on a permanent basis
