CoreStaff Singleton are seeking an Experienced Health & Safety Administrator for an ongoing contract located near Muswellbrook.

Core Responsibilities:

• Document Control
• Incident and Hazard Reporting Administration
• Health Surveillance Administration
• Purchase Requisitions and Procurement Support
• Compliance Registers and Record Keeping
• Audit and Inspection Coordination
• Meeting and Committee Support
• Other duties as directed by Health and Safety Manager and/or Superintendent

The successful Candidate will: 

• Hold a minimum of a Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent qualification/experience
• Have a minimum of 2 years experience working within a Health & Safety Administration Role or similar 
• Have previous Mining Administration experience (preferred but not essential) 
• Have the ability to pass an Order 45 Medical or hold a current Medical
• Be able to provide contact details of 2 recent work related references (this will need to be a Supervisor or someone you would report to)
• Hold a current Drivers Licence and have reliable transport
• Be available 5 days, Monday-Friday from 7:00am
• Reside within Muswellbrook, Denman, Aberdeen, Scone or Singleton areas
