Earlyrise Baking Co is on the lookout for a HR Delivery Driver to join our team in Dubbo NSW. In this permanent full-time role, you'll play an important part in delivering our fresh bakery products to regional communities across the area.

You’ll be behind the wheel of a Heavy Rigid (HR) truck, ensuring every delivery is made safely, on time, and with a smile. With your solid driving experience and friendly customer service, you’ll help us keep shelves stocked and customers happy.

🕒 Shift Details
This role follows a night schedule, typically starting around 11:30 pm and finishing by 9:00 am.

About the Role

In your role as a HR Delivery Driver, your key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Delivery (HR License) - Safely delivering freshly baked and packed products to external customers and contractors, including loading/unloading baked products with lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling up to 25 kg.

• Customer Service - providing excellent customer service, answering queries on the run, and passing on customer feedback or complaints to the appropriate personnel.

• Cleaning – assisting with daily end-of-shift cleaning of the vehicle to maintain fleet standards.

About You

• A minimum of 1 year’s experience in a similar driving or delivery role;

• Hold a valid Heavy Rigid (HR) licence and are able to operate a manual vehicle;

• While not mandatory, a Forklift licence would be highly regarded;

• An understanding of Food Safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and HACCP standards;

• Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols and maintaining high-quality work standards;

• Physically fit and capable of regular heavy lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling (maximum 25 kg).
