Task & responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of serviced apartments
• Manage staff and ensure excellent customer service
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues

Qualification & experience

• Minimum one year of hands‑on experience in serviced apartment management.
• Solid understanding of serviced apartment standards, guest expectations, and operational best practices.
• Proficiency in Resly to manage reservations, guest records, housekeeping coordination, and daily operational tasks.
• Strong leadership capability with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining high service standards.
• Diploma in Hospitality Management or an equivalent qualification.
