One Culture Group is seeking a motivated and people-focused HR Officer to join our

team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting people,

within the disability sector.

We are open to either full-time or part-time arrangements for the right candidate and is flexible in considering between 3 to 5 working days per week.

About the Role

As the HR Officer, you will support the day-to-day HR functions across the organisation, working closely with management and operational teams to ensure a positive employee experience and compliance with employment obligations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Recruitment, onboarding and induction processes

• Employee records, HR systems and administration

• Workplace compliance, policies and audit preparation

• Coordinating staff training and maintaining compliance records

• Supporting employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives

• Preparing HR reports and workforce data

• Assisting with performance management processes

• Maintaining confidential employee information and documentation

• Assisting with HR projects and continuous improvement initiative

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Essential:

• Qualification in Human Resources or related field

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• High level of organisation and attention to detail

• Ability to manage confidential information professionally

• Strong administrative and computer skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

• Current Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and National Police Check (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)

Highly Desired:

• Previous experience within the disability sector

• Knowledge and understanding of the SCHADS Award

• Previous experience in a HR or People & Culture role

• Understanding of Fair Work and employment legislation
