Join a leading commercial construction company with 30 years of experience and a national presence. Offering a full design and construct service they operate across several specialist sectors including medical, education, and office fit-out.

About the role

• Reporting directly into management
• Oversight of HSEQ across approximately 10 + sites 
• Multi-state coverage including NSW, VIC, QLD, and WA (including Perth-based projects)
• Monday - Friday 

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of HSEQ systems and compliance across all projects
• Drive consistent safety standards across multiple regions and sites
• Conduct site visits and provide practical, hands-on support to project teams
• Support reporting into management and ensure visibility of key risks and trends
• Work closely with site teams to embed safe work practices

About you

• Strong background in construction HSEQ (essential)
• Solid understanding of ISO 9001 systems
• Comfortable working across multiple concurrent sites and regions
• Practical, down-to-earth approach to safety (not overly corporate, not junior)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence site teams
• Experience in fit-out or small-scale construction environments highly regarded
• Confident using safety systems (Worx or similar platforms)
• Cert 4 min
