We are seeking a strategic, commercially minded HubSpot Marketing Specialist to lead CRM strategy, marketing automation, and revenue operations initiatives for a growing portfolio of clients.
This is a senior-level role suited to a HubSpot expert who combines deep platform knowledge with strong consulting capability, stakeholder management experience, and a passion for driving measurable growth outcomes.
You will act as the go-to HubSpot authority, partnering with leadership, sales, and marketing teams to design scalable systems, optimise lifecycle marketing, and maximise ROI from HubSpot investments.
Lead end-to-end HubSpot onboarding and implementation projects, ensuring alignment to business objectives and long-term growth strategy
Provide strategic CRM consulting to optimise marketing automation, lead generation, and pipeline performance
Design and implement scalable HubSpot solutions across Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, and CRM
Develop reporting frameworks, dashboards, and data strategies to measure performance and inform decision-making
Deliver training, workshops, and enablement sessions to internal teams and clients
Identify process inefficiencies and drive continuous optimisation initiatives
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and business development teams
Contribute to service innovation, productisation, and best-practice documentation
Mentor and support junior team members
You are a high-performing HubSpot professional with a strong commercial mindset and a proven track record in CRM strategy and partner/client enablement.
Essential Experience & Skills:
7+ years’ experience in CRM, marketing automation, or digital marketing
Advanced HubSpot expertise (multi-hub experience preferred)
Proven experience leading onboarding and implementation projects
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Experience delivering training and stakeholder workshops
Ability to manage multiple projects and senior stakeholders simultaneously
Commercial acumen and understanding of sales/marketing alignment
Highly Regarded:
Experience working within a HubSpot Solutions Partner environment
Team leadership or mentoring experience
International experience across EMEA and APAC markets
HubSpot certifications (Trainer certification advantageous)
