Standalone Role | Manufacturing Environment
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on HR Business Partner to support our growing business across multiple locations.
Reporting to the General Manager, this standalone role will provide practical HR support and advice across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with leaders to support day-to-day people matters
Provide advice on employee relations, performance management, and workplace issues
Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and Modern Awards
Assist with workforce planning and organisational growth
Drive positive culture and employee engagement initiatives
Maintain HR systems, reporting, and HR processes
Support WHS and risk management initiatives
About You
Previous experience in a HR Coordinator, HR Advisor or HR Business Partner role
Flexible working arrangement available to accommodate work-life balance preferences.
Knowledge of employee relations and HR best practice
Experience in manufacturing or operational environments highly regarded
Knowledge of the Manufacturing Award (MA000010) desirable
Ability to build strong relationships and influence managers
Comfortable working autonomously in a standalone HR role
Must have experience with HRIS systems - Elmo
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related discipline, and/or relevant work history experience
