Key Responsibilities:

• Specify, develop, and write comprehensive test plans, test scripts, and test cases tailored to business and technical requirements.
• Execute systematic system testing, integration testing, and regression testing protocols to ensure system functionality, behavior, and data integrity.
• Deploy and maintain automated test software applications to streamline validation processes and improve testing efficiency.
• Identify, diagnose, and document functionality errors, software bugs, and system defects in detailed defect reports.
• Collaborate closely with system developers and software engineering teams to troubleshoot issues, track bug resolution, and verify programming code fixes.
• Evaluate the technical performance and reliability of software, hardware, and systems infrastructure under simulated and live environments.
• Contribute to technical quality assurance processes, guidelines, and standards to prevent non-compliance across the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Review and create technical documentation, including instructional guides, procedural manuals, test summary reports, and specifications.

Requirements:

• Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents encouraged to apply.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related ICT field.
• 1-2 years of proven experience as an ICT Systems Test Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong practical knowledge of software validation strategies, automated testing frameworks, SQL, and modern test management tools.
• Demonstrated ability to systematically analyze complex systems and manage multiple testing priorities in a fast-paced delivery environment.
