Key Responsibilities

• Manage air import shipments from arrival through to final delivery
• Liaise with overseas agents, airlines, customs brokers, transport providers, and clients
• Prepare, review, and process import documentation accurately
• Coordinate customs clearance and delivery requirements
• Monitor shipment progress and proactively communicate updates to customers
• Ensure compliance with freight forwarding and air freight procedures
• Maintain accurate records within CargoWise and related systems
• Provide high-quality customer service and operational support

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring prior experience in air imports within the freight forwarding industry and enjoy working in a collaborative team environment.

Skills & Experience

• Experience in air imports within Australian freight forwarding 
• Understanding of air freight operations, import procedures, and documentation
• Experience using CargoWise software
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of air exports is highly regarded
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude with a team-focused approach
