Morcare Services are looking for support workers to join the team and work for our clients based in Lyndhurst and surrounding areas.

Shift Time and Locations
We have several pre/post sleepover shift availabilities throughout the week for a complex care client. 
Shift times range from 7pm to 12pm & sleepover
or sleepover shift & 7am - 12pm shift.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of three full days availability to be considered to progress through the application process.

What You'll Do:
As a Support Worker with Morcare, you will assist clients with the following tasks:

• Community Access - assisting clients out in the community such as Shopping assistance, going to the Cafe, Gym Programs, Hydrotherapy and day programs
• Domestic Assistance - maintaining household cleanliness, vacuuming, mopping and laundry.
• Personal care activities - showering, dressing and toileting
• Supporting clients within their own homes and out in the community
• Meal assistance and preparation

Qualifications:
A qualification relating to Support Work is required for this position.

Your Requirements:

• Australian Driver's License
• Comprehensive Car Insurance
• A reliable car to attend shifts or transport clients
• Current Level 2 First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain one
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
• Certificate or qualification related to Support Worker duties (preferred but not essential)
• International Police Check (if required)
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Reliable and Punctual
• Caring nature and ability to understand clients and their needs
