ABOUT THE COMPANY

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage insurance claims from initial lodgement through to project completion.
- Coordinate make-safe works, estimators, assessors, and trades as required.
- Submit claims for approval and liaise with insurers, supervisors, and customers throughout the process.
- Coordinate project commencement following insurer approval and monitor progress through to completion.
- Review subcontractor invoices, verify sign-offs, and submit approved invoices for payment.
To be successful:
- Previous experience in insurance building or insurance restoration (2-3 years preferred).
- Sound understanding of residential construction and repair processes.
- Ability to manage a high volume of claims and competing priorities.
- Experience with PRIME Eco System is highly regarded
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and performs well under pressure.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to customer outcomes.
